Neil Livemore

Lead Sports and Performance Nutritionist
Neil Livemore
I am a consultant nutritionist and sports nutritionist, specialising in performance nutrition for wellbeing, weight management, elite human performance, and injury rehabilitation. Based in London and providing support remotely, I work with a diverse client base, from elite and professional athletes to business professionals and individuals focused on their general wellbeing and weight management goals. I guide athletes to surpass barriers and help corporate professionals take control, enabling them to achieve better health, comprehensive wellbeing, peak performance, and long-term self-sufficiency.
My approach is grounded in science and inherently person-centred. My passion for nutrition, health, and human performance stems from the profound impact it can have on an individual's life and an athlete's career. I employ an evidence-driven "food first" philosophy with a focus on real-world application and client autonomyhrough a tailored process that respects the unique complexities of each person. At my greater London clinic, we use advanced health and performance laboratory equipment to remove the guesswork from "average guidelines," gaining an essential window into your specific nutrition and performance requirements – an "assess, don't guess" approach.
