To follow GDPR regulations Neil Livemore Consulting Ltd needs consent to keep your details to create bespoke services for yourself, or on infrequent occasions (1-2 times a year) announce new services/assessments via e-mail, which you can opt out of. We collect your personal data because you give us consent to do so, to provide our specialist services to you.

What we collect
We obtain the following information:

• Information about consent forms and assessments (nutrition, lifestyle, health)

• Further reports from other members of your support team that can aid your process.

• Anything involving other professionals, i.e. physiotherapist, strength conditioning coach is because we have spoken about the topic and you have requested or given permission.

What we do with the information we gather:

• We require this information for:

• Professional record-keeping of client information.

• Bespoke program design.

• Sharing information with your health or performance support team (upon your confirmation + request) or anonymised information (upon your approval) to specialists under the Neil Livemore Consulting banner to provide the best service to you.

What are your rights? 

Every individual has the right to see, amend, delete or have a copy, of data held that can identify you, with some exceptions. You do not need to give a reason to see your data. 

If you want to access your data you must make a subject access request in writing to mail@neillivemore.com. Under special circumstances, some information may be withheld.   We shall respond within 20 working days from the point of receiving the request and all necessary information from you.

Our response will include the details of the personal data we hold on you including:

• Sources from which we acquired the information

• The purposes of processing the information

• Persons or entities with whom we are sharing the information

You have the right, subject to exemptions, to ask to: 

• Have your information deleted

• Have your information corrected or updated where it is no longer accurate

• Ask us to stop processing information about you where we are not required to do so by law or in accordance with the BANT and CNHC guidelines.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, your information is protected in a professional encrypted HIPA and PIPED compliant, PCI certified electronic system with standard operating procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We will not distribute your personal information unless, upon your request and explicit permission, we will not sell or lease your personal information to third parties.
