Lee Middleton

I am a fully qualified Soft Tissue Therapist who specialises in the treatment and rehabilitation of soft tissue injuries and postural correction. I support individuals and professional teams.

I have operated a successful full-time clinic in Romford since completing my Sports Massage Diploma in 2003, where I work with many professional athletes of different sports, including footballers, golfers, world-class dancers, pro bodybuilders, Olympic athletes and a WWE wrestler.

I also currently provide soft tissue support to West Ham United Football Club on recovery days alongside my clinic.

I continue education each year to improve my knowledge and hands-on skills. This has enabled me to offer a range of therapies, including myofascial release, dry needling and joint mobilisation.

My background as a competitive athlete means that I have personally suffered from injuries in the past; this gives me a passion for helping others overcome their injuries and to achieve their sporting goals.
